We are seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team!
You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position reporting to the Customer Service Manager. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package including medical and dental health plans, paid time off, 401K and more.

- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales materials to present to customers
- Provide price and availability information to customers
- Process and manage customer orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- A knowledge base of plumbing, heating and HVAC is preferred, but not required
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
